At TOS Creations, we believe your memories, stories, and personal creations deserve privacy.
This Privacy Policy explains how My Books: Creative Library handles information when you use the application.
No App Account Required
My Books does not require users to create an account or sign in to use its book creation and editing features.
An Apple iCloud account is required to use supported iCloud synchronization features.
Information You Create
My Books stores information you choose to add, including:
- Book titles
- Photographs
- Written content
- Page designs
- Book customization settings
This information is used to provide the application's creative and organizational features.
Photographs and Camera Access
My Books may request access to your photo library or camera when you choose to add photographs to your creations.
Photo and camera access is used to support features you initiate within the application. My Books does not access your camera or photo library in the background.
Local Storage and iCloud
My Books saves user-created content locally on your device.
When you use iCloud synchronization, your books and associated content may also be stored through Apple's CloudKit service in the private database associated with your Apple Account.
Synchronization can help make your books available across supported devices using the same Apple Account.
TOS Creations does not operate a separate server for storing your book content and does not receive your Apple Account password.
Apple's handling of information through iCloud and CloudKit is subject to Apple's privacy policies and terms.
Data Retention and Deletion
Your locally stored books remain on your device until they are deleted or the application and its local data are removed.
If you have previously synchronized your books with iCloud, removing My Books from your device does not necessarily delete your synchronized content.
After reinstalling My Books, previously synchronized books may be recovered using the same Apple Account and the application's synchronization feature.
Users can delete individual books from their library. Deleted books are removed from the application's visible library.
Deletion and retention of synchronized information may depend on the application's synchronization state and Apple's iCloud services.
Users can manage certain iCloud data through Apple's account and device settings.
Information We Do Not Collect
My Books does not use third-party advertising, third-party analytics, or cross-app tracking.
My Books does not collect precise location, contacts, browsing history, or payment information through the application.
TOS Creations does not sell users' personal information.
Information Sharing
TOS Creations does not share your personal book content with advertisers or data brokers.
When iCloud synchronization is used, information is processed through Apple's iCloud and CloudKit services to provide synchronization functionality.
Children's Privacy
My Books is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13.
TOS Creations does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
TOS Creations may update this Privacy Policy when application features, services, or data practices change.
Updates will be published on this page, along with a revised effective date.
